Jeff Zaccaro is Cisco's Software and Services Manager for Insight Technologies. He first joined Cisco in 2012 in federal sales where he had roles covering the US Army, Army National Guard, and the Army's Network Enterprise Technology Command. In 2019, Jeff joined AppDynamics at Cisco where he had roles in Sales and Customer Success before returning to Cisco as their Customer Success Executive for the US Army. In his current role, he is responsible for partnering with key leaders at Insight to help develop their Cisco Software, Services, and lifecycle offerings. Jeff lives near Tucson, AZ and loved to travel with his wife, two children, and three dogs.
Jennifer Tilton
Insight, Cisco CX Partner Manager
Jennifer Tilton is a Partner Manager with Insight focusing on the Cisco Software, Smartnet and Lifecycle offerings and business. She has been working in this Cisco field for the last 7 years, with a prior career in education. Jennifer has a BA from CSU Long Beach and a Masters from Walden University.
Amanda Dalzell Ward
Customer Success Leader, Insight
Amanda has an extensive background in technical services and software sales dating back to 1999 when she began her tech and selling career as a Cisco Services Account Manager. Amanda possesses a vast understanding of Cisco Services and Software. She thrives in exceeding customer expectation and has experience in developing a Customer Success Practice where business expanded to include Cisco EAs, with Adoption and renewals as key focus.
