Star Academies partners with Insight to deliver best of breed ICT Solutions & Services for Students & Staff 

Insight named ICT Delivery partner for IT solutions and services following a 6-month competitive tendering process.

London, England July 25, 2023 — Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ: NSIT),a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator focused on driving client success through digital transformation, has been named ICT Delivery Partner to Multi-Academy Trust Star Academies. Insight will supply all hardware, software and IT services to the Education Trust over the next seven years, in partnership with IT solutions and services partner Medhurst Communications ltd. and Crystal and Talk Straight Schools Broadband. This is supporting the Trust’s expansion and modernisation of IT infrastructure, as well as their mission to empower young people in areas of social and economic deprivation through education.

With Insight’s solution and services assisting the Trust’s digital transformation journey, Star Academies staff and students will be able to benefit from improved data connectivity, optimised network and data usage, providing a whole host of digital tools at their fingertips including high performance laptops and computers. 

Star Academies manages a growing network of schools nationally across five partnership areas: Lancashire, Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, the Midlands and London. Having worked with Insight previously as a hardware and software partner of choice, the new contract will allow Insight to improve the IT infrastructure of the Trust’s existing schools, whilst also assisting the growth of Star Academies from 31 schools currently to potentially 60 schools by 2030.
