Stan Lequin

Stan Lequin became CTO of AI Transformation at Insight North America in April 2025. In this role, he leads the organization’s internal AI initiatives. His focus is driving a comprehensive internal transformation that engages Insight’s entire organization and serves as a model for clients.

Stan joined Insight in 2011 through the acquisition of Ensynch, where he served as cofounder and chief operating officer. In his previous role as President of Solutions, Stan directed the company’s consulting teams in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge technologies. Before Ensynch, he worked at Accenture as a technology consultant and held strategic leadership positions at Tosco.

With a degree in computer information systems from York College of Pennsylvania, Stan brings over two decades of experience in technology services and business leadership. His approach emphasizes Insight’s core values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony to develop a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Through internal AI transformation, he positions Insight to deliver forward-thinking solutions that drive client outcomes.
