Insight Awarded Hardware and Software Reseller Agreement with Premier, Inc.

Contract creates choice for more than 3,600 U.S. hospitals to connect to Intelligent Technology Solutions™

Tempe, Ariz., Oct. 2, 2017 – Insight (NASDAQ:NSIT), a leading provider of Intelligent Technology Solutions™ to organizations of all sizes, has been awarded a group purchasing agreement as a hardware and software reseller with Premier, Inc. Effective Oct. 1, the new agreement allows Premier members, at their discretion, to take advantage of special pricing and terms pre-negotiated by Premier for technology hardware, software and services.

Premier is a leading healthcare improvement company, uniting an alliance of approximately 3,600 U.S. hospitals and 120,000 other providers to transform healthcare. With integrated data and analytics, collaboratives, supply chain solutions, and advisory and other services, Premier enables better care and outcomes at a lower cost.

Through this contract, Insight is able to sell its entire portfolio including solutions from the following named partners: Cisco, HP, Inc., Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell, Symantec, Veritas, Lenovo, VMware, Apple, Microsoft, Citrix and NetApp.
