Regional rankings assess top workplaces based on employee feedback, workplace culture and contributions to community

The fourth annual Best Places to Work Inland Northwest program was established by the Spokane-based Journal of Business, a Best Companies Group publication. The awards honor the best employers in the Inland Northwest that are benefitting the region’s economy, workforce and local businesses.

This year, 35 companies participated in an in-depth assessment of business operations, corporate culture, hiring practices, diversity, workplace benefits, career development opportunities, work-life balance and wellness initiatives. Employee surveys also covered similar topics. Insight competed in the enterprise category of 1,000 or more employees.
