Mike has been in software development and product development for over 30 years. In 1996, Mike co-founded Cardinal Solutions Group, a custom application development and technology consulting firm where he led all aspects of delivery and people development. From 1996 through 2018, Cardinal grew from a small startup in Cincinnati, OH to an $80M company with offices in seven cities. In 2018, Cardinal was acquired by Insight Enterprises and Mike became the Vice President of Transformation Services for Insight Digital Innovation, where he continues to sustain his passion for helping great teams do great things.
