Summer has 14 years in Agile product development and training as a team member, Scrum Master and coach for technology and consumer products. She’s familiar with the application of Agile frameworks in a variety of settings and industries and is experienced in scaling Agile product delivery. She builds sustainable ongoing education programs for Agile organizations and delivers training to teams, leaders and organizations.
Summer is passionate about learning and founded Cohort learning format. She loves helping Agilists and coaches focus on competency development and believes in personal growth maps and three-pronged learning (training, mentorship and experiences).
