Joyce joined Insight in October 2020 as our North America President. Prior to joining Insight, she worked at Dell Technologies for 21 years as president, global channel, embedded and edge solutions, leading various roles, including sales, operations, supply chain, partner strategy, services delivery and logistics. Joyce earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from Brown University with a degree in International Relations. Prior to Dell, she worked at Cummins Engines for nine years as EMEA logistics director, plant manager and director of international customer support. Today, Joyce is building upon Insight’s solution areas by leveraging her channel expertise and proven leadership in delivering solutions and services to clients.

Juan Orlandini
Chief Architect, Insight
Juan is the chief architect for the Cloud + Data Center Transformation division of Insight. He’s a 30-plus year veteran of the IT industry, during which time he has designed and deployed enterprise computing, storage, data protection, virtualization and hybrid cloud solutions. Juan evaluates next-generation technologies for Insight and also works with enterprise clients, assisting them in architecting and selecting strategic roadmaps. In his current role, Juan sits on the partner advisory boards for a number of our top strategic partners, helps lead our solution architect team and acts as a technical liaison within our multiple divisions. Juan is passionate about next generation technologies — both in the data center, cloud and in the consumer market space.
