Are you an emerging consultant looking to jump-start your career? The Insight Accelerated Consulting Experience (ACE) program provides junior consultants with 10 weeks of devoted training, resources and support to prepare you for success in your first consulting role. Whether you’re just starting your professional journey or looking to make a career shift, you’ll shadow and learn from the industry’s best to gain first-hand client experience and knowledge.

What you can expect
As a participant in the ACE program, you’ll learn and grow with a community of full-time, entry-level teammates who have shared goals. You’ll work together to complete client-facing projects, learn the ins and outs of the business and earn industry-recommended certifications — with formal rewards and recognition based on the completion of program milestones. We’ll also pair you with a program mentor, who will provide feedback and guidance to accelerate your development.
