National Not-for-Profit Organization Improves Ordering Process

A large national not-for-profit organization had a decentralized and outdated ordering process and IT system. They needed to modernize their IT infrastructure in order to keep pace, but didn't have the funding immediately available to realize their goals.

Insight's account team and National Practice engineers collaborated with the not-for-profit group's management and IT staff on a joint application design. Working closely with the group, Insight was able to address the strategic challenges of the outdated IT system and together the two teams designed and implemented a new state-of-the-art order flow and standardization process. Insight also offered a leasing solution that allowed the organization to acquire the technology they needed with a flexible payment option.

By leveraging Insight's broad product and service offering, the organization was able to standardize on servers, desktops and the entire network infrastructure helping to streamline systems management and associated costs.
