Insight’s commitment to mentorship and innovation has not only allowed the company to grow in its ambition of being the leading Solutions Integrator, but it has ensured that the industry continues to thrive and evolve with fresh perspectives and new ideas.
Recently, seven outstanding leaders from Insight and SADA have been recognized as 2024 Next-Gen Solution Provider Leaders by CRN, a brand of The Channel Company. Highlighting rising-star executives, directors, and managers who are 40 years old or younger and driving growth and innovation within their solution provider organizations, the annual recognition celebrates their strong leadership skills.
Each of Insight’s and SADA's honorees exemplifies the qualities celebrated by the CRN Next-Gen Solution Provider Leaders program. Here's a glimpse into what makes them stand out:
- Jessica Caputo: Jessica has turned Insight’s goal of being the leading Solution’s Integrator into three market strategies, yielding significant business opportunities generating roughly $100 million in sales.
- Jen (Locsey) Hansberry: Jen established Insight sales teams under an acquisition and services center of excellence, developing strategies to enhance efficiency and partner alignment. Additionally, she developed Insight’s commercial services program to support IT transformation for clients with up to 2,000 employees.
- Jessica Colatosti: Over the past year, Jessica’s partner management team delivered double-digit growth in business, gross profit, and overall profitability for Insight’s Cisco practice. She streamlined quoting and ordering, introduced software auto-renewal processes, and developed a strategy to increase renewal rates by at least 10% next year.
- Simon Margolis: A champion of generative AI, Simon has worked closely with hundreds of clients and internal teams to implement groundbreaking solutions, significantly enhancing SADA's ability to deliver cutting-edge technologies.
- Drew Rowe: Drew has demonstrably boosted SADA's revenue through strategic sponsorships and partner marketing initiatives. She continuously improves SADA's partner ecosystem by creating content, programs, and go-to-market strategies.
- Samantha Rowe: Samantha's event-planning leadership has led to thousands of leads and a robust pipeline resulting from impactful events, including Google Cloud Next, Gemini for Google Workspace Crash Course, and SADA Ground School (featuring Ryan Reynolds).
- Kelly Wright: As director of SADA’s Google Workspace and Collaboration professional services practice, Kelly has consistently driven impressive year-over-year revenue growth while fostering a collaborative environment, documenting processes to benefit colleagues, and streamlining workflows.
