As more organizations implement AI in their daily processes, we believe Insight’s capabilities as the leading Solutions Integrator simplify how our clients strategically map and execute their entire AI solution lifecycle. We help them combine the right hardware, software, and services while offering consultation and implementation at every stage — from development to ongoing support — ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.
“Insight is proud to be recognized by Forrester among notable vendors in the AI technical services market,” said Stan Lequin, CTO of AI transformation at Insight. “Forrester is a reliable source of guidance for technology leaders managing the complexities of AI and searching for partners that align with their unique business goals. We believe The AI Technical Services Landscape, Q2 2025 report reinforces our value as a Solutions Integrator. Our proven track record of providing end-to-end support for clients adopting and optimizing AI at scale — ranging from modernizing data estates and building AI platforms to managing the performance of next-gen endpoints — sets us apart in the industry.”
Insight rolled out one of the first globally implemented corporate policies around generative AI in late 2022. Insight soon deployed a private instance of Microsoft Azure OpenAI, called InsightGPT, and was an early adopter of Microsoft Copilot. We continue to build extensively on that expertise, rolling out AI across our business by giving each team its own AI leader, backed by a central strategic team that provides technical standards, tools, and frameworks to implement effective internal uses. It's a scalable, inclusive model that our clients can look to as a blueprint for how to embed AI into their own organizations.
For example, Insight partnered with Petbarn, Australia’s biggest pet supply retailer, to launch a gen AI-powered assistant that provides personalized advice and product recommendations. Interacting with more than 1,000 customers each week, the PetAI assistant has enhanced conversion and customer-satisfaction rates to accelerate the client’s AI adoption strategy.
The Forrester report covers the AI system integrator services market. Forrester listed notable AI technical service providers based on their geographic and industry focus, size, and whether they constitute a consultancy or system integrator. "Insight is committed to helping organizations harness AI strategically and responsibly to drive real business outcomes," said Dean Chyla, solutions director for compute and AI and Distinguished Technologist at Insight. "When we talk to clients, they're often at the starting point of identifying practical use cases and determining their AI platform strategy. By assessing their current infrastructure and organizational readiness, we help them prioritize the right platform approach for on-premises, cloud, or hybrid AI deployments, determine ROI, and accelerate their time to value."
