That’s why I’m incredibly proud to share that Infocenter, an Insight company, has been named the 2026 ServiceNow Service Provider Rising Star Partner of the Year for the Americas.
This award marks Infocenter’s third ServiceNow Partner of the Year award, following recognition as the 2024 Americas Consulting and Implementation Partner of the Year and the 2023 Americas Growth Partner of the Year. Now, as an Insight company, the Rising Star distinction specifically acknowledges the company’s differentiated approach to accelerating ServiceNow growth.
Insight’s managed services leadership is built on two core offerings that deliver value beyond traditional implementation: Radius™, a proven methodology to accelerate ROI through structured assessments and customized roadmaps, and Devshop®, a capacity-based delivery model that provides agile pods of experts for outcome-obsessed sprints. These offerings, as part of Insight AI, allow clients to fast-track AI initiatives directly onto the ServiceNow platform.
Our focus has always been on helping clients achieve the measurable business outcomes they strive for. This recognition highlights the commitment and automation expertise the Insight team brings to that mission. Through our partnership with ServiceNow, we are leveraging the power of AI to transform organizational operations at scale.
Insight’s operational excellence is reflected in both credentials and client satisfaction. The company currently holds six ServiceNow Validated Practice designations across Customer Service Management (Americas), Hardware Asset Management (Americas), IT Service Management (Americas), Software Asset Management (Americas), and Human Resources (Americas and EMEA) and maintains a 4.91 client satisfaction score (out of 5.00) — one of the highest in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
"Our partners are essential to how ServiceNow wins, and Insight is a great example of what makes our partner ecosystem so vibrant," said Michael Park, senior vice president, global partnerships and channels, ServiceNow. "Customers today are looking for the fastest path from AI ambition to real business results, and that doesn't happen without partners who can turn platform potential into measurable outcomes. We're proud to recognize Insight for the role they play in helping customers move from adoption to action and realize the full value of ServiceNow's AI platform."
Winners of the 2026 ServiceNow Partner Awards are selected based on a rigorous evaluation process that considers factors including client success, innovation, and business impact. The ServiceNow Partner Award Celebration is scheduled for May 4, 2026 in Las Vegas, just prior to the start of Knowledge 2026, the cloud-computing leader’s premier annual event, which explores advancements in digital transformation with a focus on AI and workflow automation.
