Jennifer leads the global Poly briefing program, provides sales enablement and directs the development of GTM plans to achieve sales objectives supporting enterprise (UC&C voice, video, services) and contact center business segments. In addition, Jennifer directs research efforts pertaining to global user segmentation and works to evangelize how shifts in enterprise communications impact end users as it applies to technology adoption and consumption across work styles. Jennifer joined Plantronics (now Poly) in 2006, and has held roles in product and segment marketing prior to moving into a strategy role in the sales organization in 2017.
