The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston has been launching telehealth and telemedicine programs for several years and is among the nation’s leading healthcare providers in proving the value of the platform. Now other health organizations are coming to MUSC to see what the university is doing right.
During this hour-long webinar, Shawn Valenta, MUSC director of telehealth, will discuss how to align telehealth with clinician workflows and patient engagement goals, what pain points providers should be aware of, and how healthcare organizations can achieve the greatest return on investment — both in short-term successes and long-term sustainability.
