Michele is the director of performance consulting for Insight Digital Innovation’s Learning & Development team. She’s been in the industry since 1999 and has significant change management and training experience in the SAP space. She’s an advocate for considering the human side of change in any business transformation. When she’s not consulting, Michele enjoys kickboxing, entertaining and spending time with her husband and two children.
