Jeff is a SAP-certified professional with more than 10 years’ experience in enterprise training management, project training management, development, delivery, organizational change management and communications. He has managed teams responsible for multiple global ERP and IT system implementations, including leading change management, training and communications efforts. Jeff also established, implemented and managed training strategies at an enterprise level that were applied and successfully delivered on projects.
