Prerak Bathia joined Insight Enterprises in June 2024 as the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. He works with Insight’s Leadership Team to set the direction for the enterprise and execute on the highest priority initiatives for Insight.

Bathia joined Insight after spending a decade at Boston Consulting Group. While at BCG he collaborated with several global clients across various industries on growth, digital transformation, mergers & acquisitions, and process improvements.

Bathia also played a significant role as the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at Nielsen. There, he established and led the strategy team, oversaw corporate development, and incubated startups within Nielsen.

Today, Bathia collaborates closely with leaders across the organization to drive Insight’s strategy and transformational efforts, with a focus on driving profitable growth and strategic M&A. He oversees Strategy, Business Transformation, Incubation and works closely with the Corporate Development team in guiding M&A strategy.

Bathia enjoys creating teams with strong cultures and heavily focuses on growing and developing his teams. He often challenges the status quo and challenges others to think about problems in novel ways.
